Doyle’s Casebook Trilogy
Tommy Doyle is a former Police Detective who was falsely accused of a crime by a jealous fellow officer. Once exonerated, Tommy became disillusioned with the force, and in particular one officer whom he blamed for the problems he underwent, believing that the guy was behind the false accusation made against him.
Leaving the force Tommy becomes a Private Investigator although he maintains a good relationship with his long time friend and fellow officer Pete ‘Mac’ Mackintosh. Pete and the guys in the squad room all feel Tommy was badly treated so are always willing to help him with his investigations, whenever possible.
These are just some of the solved cases Tommy has on file. The first book features the winning story/case ‘Who Dun It.’
A Multitude of Stars
An anthology of micro poems written throughout the 2020 and 2021 lockdowns, shows the emotions that one woman, poet Lis McDermott, experienced. Love and support from her husband and friends helped through this difficult time.

Dracula: The Untold Story
First of stories is a light-hearted tale of how one mans journey playing the part of Dracula might have affected him? It gives an interesting view of Bram Stoker’s fictional character and should be read with an open mind. The Second story takes you on a journey in and around Whitby where you are introduced to some of it’s legends and ghost stories. Follow if you dare.
All proceeds from the sale of this book are to go to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust in the name of the original author - Rex Greenwood. A humorous and generous individual Rex gave much of his time to support and assist others through playing the part of Count Dracula and Captain Cook as well as being Whitby Town Crier.
